Favorite Mission Apartment Decoration
Both of these are from Chris and Mimi. The B plaque was for Christmas and the Delight was for Mother's Day. We love them both and they add much to our mission apartment. Thanks Mimi, they are beautiful!

Happy Birthday, Leah!
Happy birthday to my sister, Leah. Monday, the 21st was Leah's birthday. Dave was out of town this weekend so we were able to spend a little sister time together. (Without the kids) I just want her to know how much I appreciate her and all she does for me. She's a SUPER aunt to my kids and a great mom to her kids (no matter what she thinks). I could not imagine not having Leah as my sister, I love you and happy birthday! Rachael

Rachael, Leah and their kids took a trip to Utah this past week to visit Mom and Dad, and David and his family. Leah and the kids also got to visit with Carrie and James and their 3 kids (including new baby David!) It was such a great week! We had an amazing time visiting and going places. Thanks to David and Sharilyn for letting us stay at their home! Here are som pictures of what went on last week!

No Intruders!
Eleanor made a sign for her bedroom door a while back. When she finally told Lucas what it said, he insisted she make him one for his door. Here are the signs that Eleanor made:

I'm so very thankful for a dad who is a wonderful example of many great things and who is a wonderful influence for good. I'm thankful for a dad who was softspoken and never raised his voice at his children and wife. I'm thankful for a dad who kept the same job in the same city and same house for 30 years so his children never had to change schools. I'm thankful for a dad who always had a quarter for me to make a phone call while on a date just in case of an emergency. I'm thankful for a dad who was always at my dance reciatals and swim meets and anything that was importanct to me. I'm thankful for a dad who always took us to church. I'm thankful for a dad who is a great example of the importance of serving a mission. I'm thankful for a dad who has always been supportive of me while I've been in school. It's Cruisin' time!
Rebecca turned 12 the day after school got out. As you can see in these pictures she's with a brand new Hawaii beach cruiser bike. Well, if you know Dale and I you'd know we are both suckers when it comes to bikes. We love bikes! Our family loves bikes! She's been on in nonstop since we've purchased it. In fact, we ALL loved it so much we decided that Britton also needed a new cruiser! His is the black one. (The one without the flowers) Hmmmmmm I wonder who will be next???

Well, school is out!!! Summer is here! This was Rebecca's last day of 6th grade. I can't hardly believe my baby will be in Middle School next year! Here are a few pictures of some of her favorite people at Hurley Elementary. Can you believe her principal is one of them? I thought they had a great principal, she knew many of the kids names and was always in the classrooms and with the kids. I never remember giving MY elementary school principal teachers hugs! Rebecca loved ALL of her teachers and had a GREAT experience at Hurley! We will always love Hurley Elementary.

Britton's new car???
Britton wishes he were 16!! He'll be 16 next April and that means he'll be driving!!! EEk! No, this is not Britton's new car. Let me repeat myself, no this is not Britton's new car. You would think Dale and I would learn by now NOT to walk onto a car lot until we are REALLY ready to purchase a new car. The third car will be nice to help with the commute to Fresno (to finish school) and also for when Britton does start to drive. I thik we're really going to enjoy this purchase! By the way, it's a Mazda 3 (sport package).
